My curiosity for foreign cultures started early. I grew up in a multicultural family and learned to understand different perspectives and the strengths of diversity. It was normal to navigate between Dutch culture and Surinamese culture, two different from and rich cultures.


As a professional, I quickly found my way into the international business world and worked with professionals and businesses worldwide. I was responsible to lead, advise, and coach (remote) teams and global change and transformation programs in Europe, The Americas, Asia, and Africa.

I  use my experiences, passion, and expertise in business transformation and managing mixed, international teams (on-site and remote) to help companies and leaders to optimize their performance in times of change by using the strengths of diversity and inclusion. 

Misunderstandings and unconscious biases can lead to underperformance and dissatisfaction.

My focus is to help diverse and female professionals and inclusive businesses to focus on developing, shaping, and living their authentic brand and vision.


Being a female leader with a diverse background, I have experienced how challenging it can be to find and speak your authentic voice in a world where specific perspectives and beliefs are still held today. But I also know how you can elevate and use your strengths and uniqueness as part of your personal or business brand. 


I enjoy letting my customers excel and improve their results, visibility and image by voicing and showing who they are and what they truly believe in.
